beyond the Physical Body and beyond the 3rd Dimension!

From Sanskrit the Word Sthira translates as this:  "strong"  "stable"  "unwavering".

In This Sthi-Ra-Hatha Transformational Journey we Move into Stability in the New Physicality!

This is a Continuous 6/14 Day Inner Journey In Person. It Begins in Advance and Continuous Afterwards.  It will Affect And Activate on All Levels, including the Physical.

We Meet In Person on your Day 1, Departure Day 8/16

"Days On" for the 6 Day Option are 6 complete days in a row, and for the 14 Day Option are roughly ~ first 3/4 Days On followed by 1 Day Off (it will be according to the Individuals Journey)

Remember the Highest part of this work begins (in advance) and continues (throughout) in The Ethers!

Dates:

Day 1 Check-In

Each night we meet through the Higher Realms through your Sleep State the night preceding "Days On" followed by Practices during the 1st part of the day - Asana / Pranayama / Mantra / Meditation / Soul Journeys / Regressions / Spiritual Insights and Soul Sharings

The physical waking hours we meet are mornings, you will need quiet time, and some self practices, walks in the afternoons and rest in the evenings before early to bed (remembering this is where a lot of the deeper work occurs).

"Days Off" are Rest and Integration from the Deeper work, that may mean extra sleep for you, or some walks in Nature 

Day 8/16 Check-Out

As a Physical In Person Journey there are the Practical Aspects Applied, which our Human needs, along with the Deeper and more Subtle Ethereal Journey.

This will not Be logical or linear.  It is a Transformational Journey therefore expect Transformation!

For this Journey, devices, data, tv will be off for the entirety therefore if you are not ready for this, this Journey is not for you.  No reading books, or listening to books or podcasts.  Journaling is encouraged... as is breathing! and coffee and chats! :)

(You can pass my email address to loved ones and I will check it daily, so you can rest assured you will be contactable in case of an emergency, only.  Phone can be on airplane mode if you choose to use camera, alarm, offline maps.)
