"I was fortunate enough to complete a 1:1 Transformational Hatha Yoga teacher training course with Ashling in September 2019, in Bali. This was a life changing experience for me on many levels. The daily practices and informal style of teaching were very powerful and Ashling has an incredible way of transmitting the information you need in a seemingly effortless way. The most outstanding part of this experience for me, was the way Ashling ‘held' me as I moved through my own healing process even when we weren’t in the same room! She saw that I had absolutely everything I needed to stay well throughout this truly transformational experience and tailored daily activities, practices and lessons according to my changing needs. I feel truly blessed to have shared this time with such a beautiful and giving teacher and am absolutely loving sharing what I have learned so far with those now attending my classes.
