Meditation ~ The Inward Journey
In Person ~ One-to-One & Group ~ following completion of both Hatha & Yin
*These One-to-One Journeys Are a 21 Day Inner Journey Remotely or 14 Days In Person.
For In Person 3-6 Months Notice is best & it may Be anywhere in the World, it Is where Is Aligned.
In these New Frequencies you will begin with either Hatha ~ The Transformational Journey, or Yin ~ The Healing Journey, followed by Meditation ~ The Inward Journey. We will chat and See which option is aligned for you first. (Both the first two Journeys must be completed to continue on to the Meditation Journey.) There is Higher Reason for All of this! This is no matter what type of Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation Practice (or trainings) you have had or have never had in the past. These are Selective groups with a few One-to-Ones offered. These Journeys will be Remote / Online, or In-Person! Places will be offered to those who are Soul Aligned and ready.
